Laundry Service Guidelines: Our Responsibility & Yours

Please review these simple guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe laundry experience.

For Customers

  • Empty all pockets: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in your clothes.
  • Know your garment: Not all items can be machine washed or dried. We are not responsible for damage to unsuitable items, fragile materials, manufacturer defects, or excessive wear.
  • Claim items promptly: Please collect your laundry within 7 days to avoid additional fees or disposal.
  • Report issues quickly: Inspect your items upon return. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours.
  • Pay upon collection: Full payment is due when you collect your laundry.

Our Responsibility

  • Limited liability: Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 5–10 times the cleaning cost of that item.
  • No guaranteed stain removal: We will do our best to remove stains, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
  • Normal wear and tear: We are not responsible for fading, minor holes, or broken buttons caused by regular washing.
  • Right to refuse: We reserve the right to decline cleaning of any garment.
