
Laundry Service Guidelines: Our Responsibility & Yours
Please review these simple guidelines to ensure a smooth and safe laundry experience.
For Customers
- Empty all pockets: We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in your clothes.
- Know your garment: Not all items can be machine washed or dried. We are not responsible for damage to unsuitable items, fragile materials, manufacturer defects, or excessive wear.
- Claim items promptly: Please collect your laundry within 7 days to avoid additional fees or disposal.
- Report issues quickly: Inspect your items upon return. Any missing or damaged items must be reported within 24–48 hours.
- Pay upon collection: Full payment is due when you collect your laundry.
Our Responsibility
- Limited liability: Our liability for lost or damaged items is limited to 5–10 times the cleaning cost of that item.
- No guaranteed stain removal: We will do our best to remove stains, but complete removal cannot be guaranteed.
- Normal wear and tear: We are not responsible for fading, minor holes, or broken buttons caused by regular washing.
- Right to refuse: We reserve the right to decline cleaning of any garment.
